30-Day Returns
We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of delivery.
For our voluntary 30-day return offer, products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and complete with all included parts and accessories. Please provide your order number or another proof of purchase.
Contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions. These requirements do not restrict your statutory withdrawal rights or rights concerning faulty products.
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are an EU consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to daquanzimiga79548@outlook.com or to our postal address below before the withdrawal period expires. Prior approval is not required.
After notifying us, return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Original packaging is helpful but is not a condition of statutory withdrawal.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of the product and packaging can help us investigate, where reasonably available.
We will provide the remedies required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. Our 30-day return offer does not limit the applicable legal guarantee period.
Return Shipping
Hollysart™ covers necessary return shipping costs for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
For change-of-mind returns, including statutory withdrawal, you are responsible for the direct return shipping costs. No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
For statutory withdrawal, we will refund the payments due, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first.
For other approved returns, we will inspect the goods and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Your payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.
Exceptions
Damage caused by misuse and missing parts resulting from customer use may affect eligibility under our voluntary return offer. Sale or clearance status does not remove statutory consumer rights.
Order Cancellation
Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. If dispatch can still be stopped, we will assist you. If the order has already shipped, applicable return and withdrawal rights remain available.
Optional Withdrawal Notice
You may email a statement that you wish to withdraw, together with the product name, order number, order or delivery date, your name, and address. No particular form is required.
